RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations must be confirmed in writing by e/mail
30% deposit of total accommodation cost of your stay
Balance payment due at your arrival.

 

MINIMUM STAY

There may be a minimum night stay for groups and over certain high
Season periods. Please enquire.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received at least one month before arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received between 30 and 7 days of arrival date: 30% of the total amount charged
Cancellations received less than 7 days of arrival date or no-show: 100% of the total amount charged
Cancellations part way through your stay, remaining booked nights will be charged in full. If we are able to re sell the room, for nights cancelled, a refund will be made.

 

CHECK IN and DEPARTURE TIMES

Check in is from 2pm. Please let us know if you anticipate a late arrival after 23.30.
Check out is 11am. Late check out may be available at an extra charge if there is no early arrivals for your room. Please check with management.
